How do I determine my correct shoe size?
We recommend measuring your foot in millimeters and referring to our Size Guide located on each product page. Our shoes are designed for a performance fit, so if you prefer more room or wear thicker socks, consider sizing up.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 28-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure cleats have not been mounted to the soles, as this will void the eligibility for a refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, QUOC ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by region and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Are your shoes compatible with all pedal systems?
Our road shoes are compatible with 3-bolt cleat systems (such as Shimano SPD-SL and Look), while our gravel and MTB shoes are compatible with 2-bolt systems (such as Shimano SPD).
How should I clean and maintain my QUOC shoes?
Wipe down your shoes with a damp cloth and mild soap after use. Avoid machine washing or direct heat sources; instead, allow them to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area.
